Hello friends!

Welcome to Plant Your Root.  I started this blog to chart my journey through the miraculous world of food.  I have always been fascinated by food; by its beauty, energy, and unconditional love.  After taking a yoga teacher training course and spending time with human anatomy, I fell in love with my body all over again.

Food is the greatest way we can support, nourish, and thank our body for everything it does for us.  I passionately believe in empowering people through food by showing them that they have a choice in what they eat.  These recipes are inspired by my plant-based way of eating, and I am so delighted to share these simple, delicious dishes as well as my passion for the natural world with you.
