I have been practicing yoga for six years now but in the past year I’ve realized what a light it is in my life. Yoga takes me out of the mind and into the body, connecting me to my deep center where peace and stillness reside. I’ve discovered a practice that has been truly transformational, rewarding, and inspiring. During January & February of 2013 I participated in a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Anamaya Resort in Costa Rica with Paula Tursi of Reflections Yoga. I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and am excited to share my passion with the world!
I have a hands-on, spiritual approach to yoga and I love nothing more than helping others find empowerment and free, uninhibited expression through yoga. I believe that yoga is for everyone and can help us connect to ourselves, others, and our environment. For me, yoga and holistic nutrition go hand-in-hand and when combined, create balance and clarity in my life.
This summer I will be teaching private lessons and group classes in Vermont but am always down for some traveling. One of the beauties of yoga is that it is universal and accessible.
